hello, Andy-- take a look at the posting from Aleph1. i did not offer full disclosure because i could not remember the option to mountd. i would not want to disclose *wrong* information...8-) anyway, the option is "-r" or "--re-export". this option, given to mountd at start-up, will allow the linux mountd daemon to re-export imported filesystems. hope this helps. regards, --robert -- o robert owen thomas: Unix consultant.
